A booking form that lands in WhatsApp
This is what item 2 on my price list looks like when it's done. The salon is invented. Try the form: the button shows you the message it would open in WhatsApp, and that is all it does. Nothing is sent, and nothing leaves this page.

What the customer's message looks like

What I did
- A link and a QR code that open a chat with the salon, with the first message already typed.
- An automatic reply for the first message, and a different one outside opening hours.
- A short form (what, which day, roughly when) that lands in the salon's WhatsApp, so the owner isn't typing it out again.
This form asks for a day and a time. It doesn't book a slot by itself: the salon confirms in WhatsApp, the way they do now.
Not included
WhatsApp Business Platform (API) approval, anything that takes payment, and a calendar that books slots automatically. Those are bigger jobs, and I'd send you a fixed price for them.

Your acceptance checklist
This comes with every job. You go through it on your own phone. Anything that doesn't pass, I put right; one round of corrections is free within 14 days.
- Scanning the QR code on a phone opens a WhatsApp chat with you, with the first message already typed.
- Sending a message outside your opening hours gets the out-of-hours reply within a minute.
- Filling in the form on a phone delivers the details to your WhatsApp within a minute.
- The form works on the phone you use in the shop.
This is a demo, so there is nothing to tick here. It is the list your real job would be checked against.
